Where do you see yourself five years from now? Answer that question and proceed accordingly. When led by a good leader things have a way of falling into place.
Anything that like or passionate about or love never goes out of you, you might just have to try hard to keep it in but it will not leave you completely.
Life is not meant to be a series of successes, it should have its ups and downs in order for us to be able to experience it. At the end of it you should be able to stand back and say " Well I tried "

Last time when I read this I was really feeling low and it picked me up

I hope it does it once again.

If

by Rudyard Kipling

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you;
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or, being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or, being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise;

If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;
If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with triumph and disaster
And treat those two imposters just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to broken,
And stoop and build 'em up with wornout tools;

If you can make one heap of all your winnings
And risk it on one turn of pitch-and-toss,
And lose, and start again at your beginnings
And never breath a word about your loss;
If you can force your heart and nerve and sinew
To serve your turn long after they are gone,
And so hold on when there is nothing in you
Except the Will which says to them: "Hold on";

If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue,
Or walk with kings - nor lose the common touch;
If neither foes nor loving friends can hurt you;
If all men count with you, but none too much;
If you can fill the unforgiving minute
With sixty seconds' worth of distance run -
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man my son!

Nothing Much

Today and yesterday have been two of those days wherein you feel nothing is going right for you. The feeling is hard to put into words, you try all those things which usually give you happiness but none work so you are stuck to writing a blog or like I did before writing this, -- eat a friend's head even though, they might not be well. I would like to apologize for that but ... (guess will leave it that). After talking or rather having a monologue and repeating the words " I am bored ", here I am writing writing this blog and hoping that it would act as a painkiller for my boredom, so anyone who is reading this to entertain themselves should leave at this point of time but if you are reading my blog just because you chanced upon it and have nothing better to do then it's fine to read on. I do not want to crib anymore because I do not want you to think that I am a cribber( if thats a word) but then I do not care about you think (since I do not know you) and if you are one of those who do know me then they won't think so, so I guess it's up to me to decide.

I am, presently thinking of ways to go out somewhere without a plan because that is the fun in doing spontaneous things. Think of it, if you have thought of everything such as how you will get there, where will you stay, and what you would do there etc. what is the fun, because your day would still constitute of getting ready, eating food, talking to people and then sleeping which you anyways do. Let me clarify , by no means am I trying to say that you won't do these things on a random trip (you would obviously) but you will be required to exercise your brain power in order to get these things done and you might end up with no food on days or no shelter or maybe both but then, I never said a random trip is everyone's cup of tea.

One such trips I would love to take and have always fantasized about, is cycling across India( though leaves will put a restriction on it hence I should say a part of India), through those narrow bylanes of little towns, those mustard fields, those cycle paths of the metros, those river beds of dried up rivers and on the banks of those that are still alive, those late nights snuggling up in a sleeping bag under the sky( I do not think that is a good idea nowadays at least not in metros but can certainly be tried in smaller towns or in fields , yes I know you are now thinking that for this you would need to know where you are going so it's not completely spontaneous and I agree with you) admiring the beauty that is India while still not forgetting we have a long and I mean a very long way to go to make it truly beautiful and glorious. And by the time you are back it would have been a big joyride and you would have(hopefully) made more friends on the way and tried a few cuisines that you would not have otherwise.

And now I feel much better and I hope this inspires you to take such a trip. I leave you withis quote --" Life should not be journey to the grave with your body intact but rather scraping into it shouting -Yahoo! What a ride"
